The problem

Lifetime Bath uses multiple lead vendors to receive homeowner leads. Especially in peak times it was a challenge for the existing call center to reach out to homeowners fast enough; sometimes, this would mean that competitors reached them faster and won the business.

Reaching every customer within 10 seconds

Lifetime Bath went live with Leaping AI voice agents (link to leaping) to reach out to real-time leads within 10 seconds. Our agents reached out to real customers, had real conversations, and starting booking appointments.

The way it works is that lead information arrives via email from the lead vendor. We set up a Zapier integration to pipe the information directly into the Leaping AI outbound dialer.
