How to opt in

Option 1: Sign up online

Enter your name, email, and mobile number below and check the box to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders from Leaping AI.

Option 2: By phone (verbal consent)

When you call to book an appointment, our scheduling assistant will ask for your mobile number and read the following:

Texts are sent only if you say yes. You will then receive this confirmation:

"Leaping AI: Thanks for subscribing to appointment confirmations and reminders! Reply HELP for help. Message frequency may vary. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency: Varies based on your appointments.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
