MarketSharp: Leaping AI the only voice and texting AI that integrates with MarketSharp

It is an open secret in the home improvement tech industry that no one is integrated into the MarketSharp CRM. Just for context, MarketSharp is still used by many home remodelers, but it is not the flagship product of EverCommerce anymore (improveit360 is).

Challenges

The primary challenge is that MarketSharp does not expose an API for reading an appointment calendar and also does not expose an API to put a new appointment on the calendar or slot scheduler.

Adding those functionalities also does not seem to be on the immediate roadmap. Since there is no API, it is not possible for a voice or texting AI agent to go into MarketSharp and read / write appointments.

The only API that does exist right now out of the box is to create a lead in MarketSharp. This is how lead vendors can currently push new leads into the system.

Solution

Leaping AI has a creative workaround that has been proven with first customers. We have launched an intelligent AI web agent that is able to log into MarketSharp and conduct actions autonomously, as if it were a human logging in and doing clicks.

There are two AI web agents we offer to our clients on MarketSharp:

1. Calendar reading agent: This AI agent logs into MarketSharp every x minutes (e.g., every 60 minutes), goes into the calendar or slot scheduler, is able to understand open slots and return those to the voice AI / texting AI agent via an API.

2. Appointment scheduling agent: This AI agent takes appointment date, time and lead info from the voice AI agent via an API and logs into MarketSharp and adds those appointment info to the already created lead, thereby automatically entering the appointment into the calendar. It can also go to the slot scheduler and block a slot.

The reason this works is that AI web agents are able to understand the HTML structure of a website like MarketSharp and paired with a series of AI instruction prompts, operate that website like a human would.

Case study: Window Depot of Youngstown

Window Depot of Youngstown is part of the larger Window Depot brand and was not able to integrate any other AI tech vendor with MarketSharp. When we started our work with them earlier in June, we also were not able to integrate, as we found out that MarketSharp neither had an API nor planned to provide one for appointment scheduling. This was a unique situation, as virtually every other CRM (e.g., LeadPerfection, BuilderPrime) we work with has this functionality.

After we launched the intelligent AI web agent module, Window Depot of Youngstown is now enjoying full end to end automation. Lead comes in from a lead vendor -> goes into MarketSharp -> Leaping AI retrieves the lead and calls / texts them -> appointment is scheduled and entered into MarketSharp with the calendar being blocked, fully autonomously.
